Good afternoon beloved beings of Light.
Sananda with you. I will not spend too long with you this afternoon for Ashtar
would like to come through very shortly. We are again delighted to see your
group meeting in its fortnightly format, and we are again thrilled at the
progress that you have made since we spoke to you last, although it was only
a little time ago.
You have all been learning in the last week or so, in particular, the importance
of unconditional Love. It has been of highest wisdom for Spirit to present
each of you with various trials to test your perception of the meaning of
unconditional Love, as the time draws near when the importance of that love
will be paramount. I should say that you are all handling those tests very
well. Some of you are not sure how those tests are manifest, but they are
there; others are very sure. Spirit is starting to become more familiar to
you and there are aspects of Spirit that you are realising in your daily lives,
that you could not have perceived a few months ago.
This is a sign that the veils are being removed and that your ascension, and
your journey Home, is continuing. And like everything else around you it is
speeding up very quickly. You may notice that even the beings around you,
that are not given to understanding matters of Spirit, are starting to notice
unusual energy in the air for they are beginning to stir.
For even though you have been faithful and committed to your path, it has
been important to test you along the way to see how much you would doubt;
and all of you at some stage have doubted a little, maybe a lot. But those
tests are drawing to an end now, for your commitment is established and we
know that you will remain as part of the 144, 000 beings that are soon to
take up their birthright, the birthright of many lifetimes, and be of service
to those who are not so sure as to what is happening. Ashtar will have something
to say about this matter when he comes through shortly.
I do not want to say much more at this stage other than to say that I am available
to you for brief questions before Ashtar speaks to you.
Dear Sananda, am I using the Mahatma Light Energies in the best method
for healing this physical body?
You are a very aware being, your spiritual path is well established and you
have given over all of your life to Mother/Father God. What is happening for
you is of highest wisdom. If you feel that the Mahatma phenomenon that you
are using at this time is helping you, then it is of highest wisdom, for if
you felt it was not you would put it aside and try something that you would
perceive to be more appropriate. Is there more information that you require
on that?
Sometimes I don't think its working for me. I have my doubts. Yes, that's
part of my journey. I want to hurry it up a bit.
We in Spirit have noticed your sense of urgency; not just you, but for many
of you here this afternoon. Patience is part of your lesson, for although
things are speeding up dramatically, for some they are speeding up too quickly,
for others not quickly enough. But again I draw your attention to the concept
of highest wisdom. Some of you are hungry for more and more information from
Spirit, to be further and further down your spiritual path. But you must understand
that if we allow you more than you can handle at this time it will defeat
the purpose and start to retard the business of the ascension of the planet,
and the beings on it. Take this into your heart. Take to your heart also the
knowledge that the work you are doing is extraordinary.
Do not force it too much for it cannot happen at a greater rate than is of
the best interests of all humanity. The times when the Mahatma process that
you speak of is working for you, or you feel that
it is working for you, is the times that it is appropriate. If you get the
sense that it is not, put it aside for that moment and try it again later;
for it has a vibration of its own, and the vibration of that energy needs
to be aligned with your own. At the times that it works for you, your vibrations
are aligned well and it sits well with you in 'sympathetic resonance'.
As you allow your intuition to flow more freely you will have an understanding,
as you do over other matters, of when the vibrations are aligned and when
they are not. At this stage you are impatient with your spiritual growth,
and what is occurring for you is that you are trying these things moments
before you would have allowed your intuition to guide you as to whether or
not they are appropriate; if you see what I mean?
If you can allow the energy its own pace just a little more, then you will
find there is less inappropriate use of these energies for your intuition
will decide for you in highest wisdom, of course, whether or not to use those
practices at that moment. For 'at that moment' is the point. Be in the Now
as much as you can. I know you do this well, I know you all do, but there
are still occasions when each of you lives out of the moment... out of the
Now, just a little. So whilst you are doing wonderful work, you are not yet
at the stage where you can be a total channel of the Source all the time,
for there are minor areas that you need to work on, to fine tune, at this
stage.

I want to put some weight on. I've been pretty patient.
Know that the phenomenon of losing and gaining weight is to do with Prana.
As you understand, Prana is what sustains you. This is at the heart of the
process that you have done; to remove the focus of the need for food, for
sustenance, from your mind. Understand also that the way the life force moves
through your body is determined by the resonance of all four of your bodies
together. If your emotional body has particular need for Prana, you will find
that it will be stored in the form of weight on your physical body. If you
feel that you would like more weight and you are having difficulty putting
it on, or if you feel that you are too heavy and having difficulty losing
weight, then this is the time to examine the needs of the emotional body in
particular. For the emotional body has priority with Prana storage in the
form of weight. If you feel that you are healthy in your physical body, and
your mind is in good shape and has no attachment to things, but you are still
having a weight problem, then turn to your emotional body. Find out what is
happening there with the energy.
If one is demanding love from you, for example, it will be difficult for you
to store prana in the form of weight, for that energy will flow through you
to the entity that requires your love, and weight will be difficult to store.
If you have a lot of weight on, and you wish to remove some, and you are having
difficulty in doing that, and you find that the way your physical body responds
does not hold the key, then it may be that you are choosing to withhold or
restrict the flow of love from another entity, and therefore the energy will
become blocked within you in the form of Prana constipation, you might say.
(Laughter). Does that help you with your problem?

It is a joy to be of service to you.
Lord Sananda, in what area are the Pliaedes helping us?
The Pliaedes, like Sirius and other star systems, are aspects of your own
energy. Many of you have originated from these places, some from the Pliaedes,
some from Sirius and some from other star systems, and some have not come
from any of those. What is happening at the time of Earth's ascension is that
there is movement occurring in the cosmos, there is alignment taking place.
As this takes place, what you understand as the Photon Belt will be encountered.
Earth will move in conjunction with the Photon Belt - it is unclear at this
stage however, because of free will on the planet, whether Earth will need
to actually move through the Photon Belt or to move in a tangent to that energy.
This may seem 'double Dutch' to you, but I will say it anyway. The importance
of the Pliaedes, at this time, is that they are part of this alignment strategy
that is taking place. It is of particular importance to Earth's ascension,
more so than your own, although it is not separate from your own, particularly
if you identify with that place and it is your celestial home. It is difficult
for me to explain to you, in terms that would mean anything to you, any more
information of importance. The Pliaedes may seem brighter to you than normal;
and if that is the case, then it is telling you that it is your spiritual
birthplace. Does that help you?
Yes, kind of. I had a dream, and right at the end of the dream it kept on
saying "We are the Pliaedes. We are the Pliaedes." I couldn't relate
to why that was said.
As you know, dreams are real experiences. Although we see them as something
that is a fabrication of the mind, it is, in fact, a journey of the mind,
and the mental body actually has that experience; therefore, if you are finding
a connection with the Pliaedes in your dreams, then it is because you have
a connection with the Pliaedes in your spirit life. Go within yourself and
ask what this means, for as you have the question, you also have the answer,
as you are finding out at this time.

Good afternoon my brothers and sister,
this is Ashtar.
Well, Sananda has mentioned to you that things are moving along quite nicely.
Not just for you, but for us as well; for we are well pleased with what is
happening. We are well pleased with the fact that the speeding up of time
has not phased too many people. Mm, We were concerned about this for it could
have gone either way. Yes, we in Spirit can be concerned too, for although
we are not bound by linear time and can experience the future, in the third
dimension free will comes into play so we were not quite sure quite how humans
would deal with the phenomenon of time speeding up. But they are getting around
it quite well.
It's having some minor irritating aspects on the Earth plane, however. Let
me give you an example. Some of you may feel that whilst time is speeding
up it's a bit irritating that you're unable to sell your house, for example,
or buy another one. Well, there are minor corrections which will be dealt
with soon. Bear with us. For as Earth goes through this ascension process
and her vibration increases, we in Spirit need to assist a little by organising
the energies as to which has to do with Mother Earth and which has to do with
the entities on it. Real estate is an interesting barrier situation, if you
like. That might give you a little clue as to why your frustrations are there.
Try and align yourself a little more with Earth's needs at this time and you
will find that your own needs move more sympathetically with the speeding
up of that time.
As Sananda has mentioned to you, this ascension is progressing very well.
The first stage of ascension is just beginning to unfold at this time. We
are sending little signals all around the planet at this time. Some of you
witnessed one of those signals last evening. Yes, the 'fireworks display'
that you saw to the north, was just us ringing a little alarm bell to see
who would notice. We've done this in the past and it is interesting to see
that some will notice and some will not. Even of those that see, some will
not notice. But this is highest wisdom, for this is to call those whose consciousness
is awakening to look further into themselves. This is the purpose, if you
like, of the UFO phenomenon; for all it serves to do is to present aspects
of Spirit to human kind in physical form to see who will recognise Spirit
and who will not. It is just a means of awakening a few more souls.
As time continues on the Earth plane, there will be more and more unusual
phenomenon like this because we will need to dig deep into our little bag
of tricks in order to awaken some to the possibility of ascension. As you
know, ascension is a matter of increasing the quotient of Light in one's being
sufficiently for one to remain with Earth after her ascension. In other words,
as Earth becomes lighter, the denser forms will be unable to eventually remain
here physically. They will have great trouble with this. That trouble will
take the form of deep torment in their lives.
The way to ease this torment is to open the channels to allow the increase
of the quotient of Light to occur so that one can again resonate more sympathetically
with Earth's increased vibration. Ultimately you will all resonate at a high
enough speed to be able to come and go as you please. This, of course, is
the physical manifestation of what you have all been working towards. Know
that your spiritual manifestations have gone well for you, so far.
There are many who are hungry for news of Earth's ascension and wait upon
information from myself and other members of the Ashtar Command, or the Great
White Brotherhood. But I need to say to you that as time goes on, although
more and more will be asked of us, we will be imparting less and less information;
for as your own vibration increases, you will begin the journey of finding
the answers within. After all, you are no lesser or greater beings than us.
The only difference, at this stage, is that you are confined to the Earth
plane, although you are finding yourself less confined there. As you're individual
vibrations increase, you will be so much liberated that you will be able to
undertake the same energy forms that we in Spirit do.
Therefore, it is no longer appropriate for us to be giving you as much information
as we have done in the past. For it is pointless you hanging onto a bottle
with a teat on the end, when you can mix yourself up a nice fruit cocktail,
or whatever, if you understand my metaphor. You can do this work, too. You
have the knowingness in your blueprint. You know why you have come here. You
have all made the commitment to throw the veils aside. You all understand
that you are Spirit having a human experience. Well, you are
Spirit. And as you are Spirit, you know what we know. You need to get to a
point where you find the answers within.
You also have an increasing awareness, at this time, that the opposite energies
are the same. You are starting to understand that what you once perceived
as Light is also darkness; and what you once perceived as darkness is also
Light. It is that one is just the lack of the other; that they are just the
opposite poles of the same energy. This is important, for this knowingness
is part of the first stage of the mass ascension. The difference between you
as helpers... as being in Service in this area, and those that will need your
help, is that you have a greater knowingness of these phenomena at this stage
and you will be able to guide those who are less assured to see that all is
well and that no harm will come to them. There is other knowledge that will
come to you as time progresses, in the same manner.
You will understand the importance of the elements. You will understand the
importance of water, the importance of fire, of air and of earth; and the
importance of Spirit. You have some knowingness of this already; in your ritualistic
meditation and in the ritual that you call Sweatlodge. And in the chants that
you sing that honour these energies and the aspects of the elements. They
will play a greater and greater role as time goes on and you will need to
turn to them, each at their own time, to draw from them the energy that you
need as you become more involved in Service which was the commitment that
you gave.
It is now some little time since you all did what you know as the twenty one
day process, the ground ascension process. You will be aware that the energies
that you perceive at this time are somewhat different than they were in your
perception before then. You will also be aware that there is no book, that
there is no ascension manual, there is no dogma, and there are no rules at
all... other than your commitment to your path. Some of you are finding that
the things that you were told at that time were truth at that time, and are
not truth any longer.
Know that it is not that one was wrong and the other was right. It is that
you are understanding the interpretation of your spiriuual growth and what
is required for your ascension; and your personal truth is an evolving process.
Even the twenty one day ground ascension process is unimportant. It was important
for you at the time, for it enabled you to make the commitment that you agreed
to in Spirit, and that you had forgotten for so long. And we were there for
you, as you undertook that prodigious journey that you now look back on as
just a hazy memory. But you could have undertaken that journey in so many
different ways, as you can today in so many different ways. Rejoice in the
difference that you all perceive. Delight in it with each other. Know that
God is reflected in all of you. And what you see is a reflection of yourself.
Look upon the tormented souls around you in your extended family and beyond
- know that what you see is also a manifestation of God and love that manifestation.
The unconditional Love that you allow, is necessaryfor you to grow within
yourself so that the Light shines out from you so brightly that none can deny
it. For as that Light grows stronger and stronger in your heart you will able
to be of greater service at the time that it is needed. Find your personal
truth; know it; and allow it to be firmly anchored in your heart. Not so firmly
that there is an attachment to it for, as I have said, your personal truth
is an evolution, as is your spiritual growth, as is the planet's ascension;
as is the mind of God. For there is no difference with any of them, they are
all the same energy.
I sense from you all an overwhelming fulfilment at this moment and it touches
us deeply in Spirit. The joint energy that is here at the moment is immense
indeed and we in Spirit are observers of it, not the creators of it. Allow
yourselves to be uplifted at this time, for if you choose, it would be an
uplifting time. It will continue to be an uplifting time. As you find yourselves
being more and more uplifted, those in torment will find themselves eased
by just being in your presence for the knowingness goes out like ripples in
a pond when a stone is thrown in.
Remind yourselves also that whilst you, and other groups like yours, are at
the head of this ascension process on Earth, even the most "asleep"
is only a fraction of a second behind you, in Spirit's terms. Do not be conceited,
do not take on any pride in the fact that your own ascension is going so well.
For in that moment that any one who is on their spiritual path stops and turns
around to observe how far they have come, the road goes on in front at break-neck
speed and when they again return their vision to where they are headed, they
will notice that in that moment the distance yet to travel has become greater.
I feel that I have said enough at this time and I know that there are questions
that you have, and I look forward to answering them for you.
Ashtar, could you shed some light on the reason behind my son's accident?
Mm. Yes. He is preoccupied with Spirit. I say this as an observation rather
than as a judgement. He has taken great steps along the road to Spirit, but
in doing so he has left his physical awareness behind, for the childlike naivety
that you as adults have lost, is that blissful spontaneity that allows one
to jump in 'boots and all'. There is an aspect to that that you perceive as
positive and there is also one that you perceive as negative. For he did not
have his wits about him at the time and it was important for him to learn
a lesson. Not a lesson that would stop him from walking down his path for
long, but it was a 'walking' lesson nonetheless. There are times when it is
important for us all to ground our energies, to have the physical experience
that we came here for, for if we live totally in Spirit none will see our
Light. It will be too far above, it will resonate at such a high frequency
that it will not be there to the third dimensional eye, if you see what I
mean.
The four bodies need to maintain alignment, and your son had allowed his physical
body to not keep up with the others, perhaps his emotional body was also a
tiny bit out of alignment. He will be doing some emotional realignment at
the moment, he is certainly doing some physical realignment. But know that
this is a small lesson for him; well, it may seem a big lesson, but it needn't
have been any bigger, is what I mean. For he understands well his process.
Once he has been regrounded, he will learn from this quickly and will move
on. He is not the kind of being to need the same lesson twice. His spirit
is with us at the moment and is understanding much of what is being said.
You will find that, when you talk to him next, if he has no memory of this,
then he will have very soon in dreams or however it needs to translate back
to his third dimensional consciousness. But he will understand what is being
said.
Ashtar, I've got a friend who lives near me who is wishing to do the ground
ascension. She's not surrounded by spiritual information about this process,
other than through me. Is it still open for beings on the planet at this time?
It is still open. You may have already heard, as others have heard, that the
quota of people required has been reached. That is not to say that those who
are awakening at such a rate at this time need not consider themselves open
to doing an ascension process. For of the 144, 000 who have already been awakened
and who are already working with us in Spirit, there are still some who will
drop by the wayside and they will need to be replaced. And what is happening
is that as one falls away another is remembering their commitment to serve.
So the fact that your friend is feeling a commitment to do this process means
that there is another of the 144, 000 who is wondering whether or not they
have made the "right" decision. If your friend choses to do this
process, then she should choose because of the knowingness in her heart, rather
than anything else. It is important that your friend understands that this
is not just part of her spiritual growth. It is not something that one does
and then says, "Well, gee that was interesting, now I'll try something
else." This is a commitment to be in Service for the rest of one's life,
as you well know.
If your friend has a knowingness in her heart that she wishes to be in Service,
and that that is the purpose of her incarnation at this time, then it is appropriate
for her to consider any ascension process that resonates for her, to align
herself vibrationally to the Service that she will undertake. So what I am
saying is that we are not on a recruitment drive any longer, but we do not
wish to deter people, who know in their heart that this is their life's purpose,
from undertaking an ascension process. Does that clarify the matter for you?
Yes, thank you. So if she was to proceed, I feel I'll be there to assist
her. Shall I proceed and determine the format that she needs to take? Is it
still fixed at twenty one days?
In the same way that, at the time that you undertook this process, you needed
to check with the intuition of others as to whether or not certain stages
had been reached; you are now at the stage where you can provide that intuitive
knowingness for your friend without the need to refer to any other entity,
either in Spirit or on the Earth plane. It is understood at this time that,
whilst we still call it the twenty one day process, it is possible for this
to be undertaken in a shorter time. After all, time is speeding up. Your friend
may find that eighteen days is sufficient but it is very rare that one can
do it in less than twenty one. The small spirit would still leaves on the
third day.

Know also that we will be there in the same way that we were when you did
this process yourself.
Thank you very much. (Pause.) I do a lot of bushwalking, Ashtar, and while
I've been walking through different areas I've been bringing the Light through
the physical body and out through my feet so that everywhere I step I've been
bringing the Light into Mother Earth. Is this an effective way of helping
Mother Earth with her ascension, using my body as a conduit for the Light,
taking Light into areas that may not be getting Light?
Indeed it is. And we rejoice in the fact that you are finding such sensitive
ways to assist the energy flow between Mother Earth and Spirit. Although Mother
Earth is able to take care of this herself, what you are doing by your awareness
in this matter, is reducing the need for Earth changes. For what you are doing
can be likened to putting a herbal ointment on a part of your body that has
been affected someway. Healing will take place, anyway, through Prana, but
the herbal ointment reduces the need for a rash or for a scar, to manifest,
if you understand what I mean. The same thing happens with Mother Earth. So
what you are doing in your awareness, and your wisdom and your intuitiveness,
is to assist Mother Earth at the physical level, to reduce the need for physical
symptoms to take place and thus you reduce the need for Earth changes.
So I recommend highly that you continue doing what you are doing and, to all
of you, to go within your selves and to seek out ways in which you may do
similar work, for this is the point of where you are at at the moment. You
are all having a sense of every minute of your waking consciousness as being
in God. Even as you do the most mundane things, find the sensitivity of that
energy in what you do and see everything that you do as being a channel for
the energy. For this will have enormous benefits not only for Mother Earth
but for humankind as well. This is the nature of your Service and we rejoice
in the fact that you are finding such interesting and sensitive ways for that
Service to continue.
Beloved brothers and sisters, beloved Lightworkers. Look to the skies at night
for there will be an increasing presence. We are with you always and as you
vibrate closer and closer to our frequency you will see more and more of our
