Our Consultant, Tom Giblin, has been designing and installing studios since 1972. His involvement in the revolutionary design and operational concepts utilised at 3EA (Ethnic Radio - Melbourne) in 1976 played an important role in the then experimental broadcaster remaining independent. Ethnic Radio was the forerunner to SBS.
